I rented a car from these crooks and the car broke down and left me stranded for two hours on Alligator Alley. The FHP told me the tire was flat, and was cracked in numerous places and should never have been driven, even the doughnut was almost flat and dangerous. The rental car company picked up the car and told me they would not return the $300 dollar deposit, because the car was three days late and it had no gas. I was not going to put gas in the car when I barely made it home, that was the last thing on my mind. The car was undriveable and was in my driveway for thee days. Because of the two hour wait for help on alligator alley I missed an important court appearance. The rental car company told me that the car had no gas and was three days late, therefore they were keeping my $300.00 deposit. No mention of recouse for the meeting I missed, the danger they put me in, and the inconvenience of the whole mess. These people are bad news, no way was gas and three days late anywhere near $300.00. The rude office girl then told me to sue them, she didn't care, I guess she didn't she must have angry customers everyday. They will jack up any story to not return deposits. The icing on the cake was when she said the bumper was scratched and the car was in a body shop. No way was that bumper scratched when it left my house, driven BY their driver. These people are the worst news and total crooks. Use a reputable national car rental company, that doesn't make their business by stealing deposits like this little spam shop.  This is a whole in the wall little crookfest that makes their business by stealing deposits. They can always find some sleazy excuse to not return a deposit.
