Gumersindo Samuel Osma Diaz Boxer dog breeder Del Rey Spain

On 4-15-2016 I sent Gumersindo Osma $500.00 deposit for 2 female boxer puppies that were to be shipped to the U.S within the next few weeks. After numerous requests he finally gave me a shipping price for me to send the remainder of the balance of puppies and shipping combined. I sent the money out to him right away and asked for a comfirmation of shipping date. He kept ignoring my requests and I informed him that they have to be under a certain weight for them to be shipped in same crate. If they went over the weight then it would cost double to ship them as they would have to come seperatly. He ignored me still until Sept when he was informed by the airlines that they are too big to be shiped together. It was not until Oct 25, 2016 that he finally exported them to me. When he shipped them he was also to include the export pedigree with them which never came, even to this day, despite me asking him several times. 

When they arrived i took them to my vet to have them checked out the next day only to find out they had giardia, conjunctivitis, and skin infections. One of them, the brindle, had such a bad underbite that she would not be considered breed quality however he knew I was purchasing them to breed. I was forced to rehome her to a friend as a pet only after I got all their infections cleared up. My fawn female ended up with mange mites due to a weakend immune system and that was another battle to clear them up which took months. She aslo had reoccuring conjunctivitis several times. Now, less than 1 year old she was just diagnossed with menangitis and I have been informed that it is a result of her immune system being weak from birth and all the infections she has had. I have confronted Gumersindo with this information every step of the way to no response. So far it has cost me 7350.00 in vet bills to try and save her life.

Still no papers on her and no response from him. I would like to see this investigated as he is selling very very sick, neglected puppies to unsuspecting people believing they are getting a healthy pup. It is not only costly but heartbreaking to watch your fur baby going through all of this illness. He should be barred from ever selling another animal to anyone. Just beware of back yard breeders who are only in it for the money and not the wellbeing of the animal.
