To register with gunbroker.com you have to submit a credit card for verification purposes with a $1 charge that then gets credited to your new account.  I supplied all the information and hit 'enter', and gunbroker.com said it was an invalid card.  So I re-entered the information and submitted it again, and gunbroker.com again said it was invalid.  (never had a problem with my card before or since) Even though it's only $2, gunbroker.com took my money and denied me an account.  After three weeks of trading emails with gunbroker.com they said it's just a cost of doing business.  Too bad.  And even though it's only $2 from me, if they can defraud a dozen people a day, that adds up to $400 - $500 of free money every month.  No phone, no address, no regard for good business practices.
