gunsamerica.com I purchased item at $1635 from Krueger343. The seller cashed out my check, but refused shipment Tyler, Texas

I ordered Never Fired Browning Citori 725 Sporting in 12gauge (safe queen) at $1590, ($45 shipping). Order #129723.
Per seller instruction, I sent $1635 check to seller, the seller cashed out, but refused shipment, and reported me as "scammy".
I contacted gunsamerica for possible resolution, and removed the accusation from seller, gunsamerica never responsed.
