I tried to buy a firearm for my collection on gunsamerica.com, the seller was verified by the website and I had done business in this fashion before. I contacted the seller thru the site, was replied to and made arrangements with the seller to overnight a cashier's check to him .Did my part and did not receive the firearm,tried to contact him and left a message. He returned my call and that's when I became worried. He barely spoke english and did not answer my questions like someone that owned a firearm like I was trying to purchase, I tried to contact guns america and report this. After trying many times with no response, I contacted the sheriff's dept. in bel air maryland and talked to a detective that already knew what and who I was talking about. said he had numerous cases on the person in question, and hwd already talked to Their customer service, (this is a joke) the person, or the fat lazy slug I finally got in touch with turns out to be Michelle Demas(see eariler reports) Got the same results as the other people that have dealt with her and she is worthless. Also she is covering up that I.gunsamerica is not a secure site 2.she already had prior knowledge that this scam was underway 3.she has done nothing to prevent or stop the people in question 4.She does not even resemble a customer service anything! 5.the detective told me that the site is being hacked by nigerians and that the person I sent my 3000 dollars to is just a front for these hackers and the state of Maryland will not press charges, guess it's legal to steal in Maryland, this scam has many victims and gunsamerica and their help is doing nothing but hiding the scams. I have all correspondence with all parties involved,and would love to hear more from you. Thanx for your time good luck, spread the word
