Gunter plumbing Jim Gunter Ripped me off Westmoreland Tn Tennessee

I called Mr Jim Gunter of Gunter plumbing cause he was highly recommended. I needed a new PRV and he quoted me $205 on the phone and I said great can you please come and install it. So we set up a time for him to come and do the work but after he got here he started to up sale me telling me I needed a lot other stuff that the PRV wouldn’t really benefit Unless I change out some other things. So I agree to let him do the other as well since he was highly recommend. The bill came to $1,676.11 and after he lefted I went out into the garage and he never replaced the PRV and I noticed the same old pipe that he said needed to be replaced. He was already gone with the cash I paid him. I try calling him and it ring once and said call rejected so he blocked my number. I’m going to sumner county Monday morning and talk with the DA office and see what I can do about stopping this con artist before he scams someone else out of their money. Folks if you need any kind of plumbing work done do not call this con artist cause you will be sorry you did.
