Gunther Mazda Plantation Jimmy Collins: Sales Person Mazda They took advantage of a woman trading a car: they did not provide the Carfax for the Car that that she bought. They kept gave her blank paper work to be signed without her knowledge taking advantage Plantation, Florida

Sales Person Collins, Manager Pete and Accountant Robert, Mazda Sales took advantage while trading a Car for other old Car to a Single Woman: Misleading, Misrepresentation, Holding Paper work, Providing Blank Paper work to be signed, Changing prices presented online. Promising Discount to be a loyal customer since 2008.

1) Did not provide Carfax for car received: when asking for it. They said, they do not have to provide it.

2) Car was sold around 6Pm on Saturday, and was missing (head lights) in the front.

3) Costumer came back next day (Sunday) to return car and to receive the car traded and they said, needs  to come back on Monday Morning to speak with Pete.

4) Mark, Representative on Charge on Sunday, assured to the Customer that the Car was intact, nobody is going to touch it.

5)  The Car has reported some damages in Carfax, and Customer was not warned about it.

6) Car was showing a light to change oils. Accountant: provided paper work in blank to be signed for the Consumer with out notice.

6) Sales Manager did not want to provide all the paper work was signed by the consumer.

7) Still Mazda is holding contract of transaction that shows the deal of the trading. Consumer does not have a copy of it. Consumer has called to Robert in Finance and not response.

8) Consumer wanted to receive Car trade back, and Pete Manager misrepresented the company assuring the Car traded on Saturday at 6pm was sold same Saturday after that.

9) Consumer called same Saturday to report Light and Oil and to let them know about the interest to receive Car Back and the Receptionist said leave a message to Jim Collins, and said they are going to closed at 7pm.

10) Some Sales person approached the Consumer showing support and informing Car traded for her was still there and not one has sold it, and the Car received should never be offered based on the car condition miles and type of car.

11) Consumer had to make a decision to kept Car with problems or to buy her initial options.

12) Consumer was expecting Car just bought on Saturday at 6pm in 14,900 (online 14,700), was going to be reflected and next purchase, the deducted almost 3,000 and allow to use only 12,000 for next purchase. Another Manager, in order to step on for the Mazda Company said, he is going to authorize 1,000 over the 12,000, because the last decision was made for Pete U Manager of Pre-Owned.

13) Jim Collins played with the inexperience, time and money with the consumer and did not provide an honest sales advice based on the Carfax Report, and by not showing number and differences based on the trade, Pete U took advantage based on keep more money in his pocket without any remorse, around 3,000 and by lying in the name of Gunther Mazda the car traded on Saturday night at 6pm was sold same night  Robert acted misleading and tricking the consumer by not providing all the paper work signed and by providing blank paper work to be signed.

After all , costumer was a loyal costumer since 2008.
