Although the company issued me a week unpaid vacation I disagree with this person. You can earn a lot of money at this.

We are a start-up in Cincinnati. We opened a new dealership with Gutter magician which is located in Louisville, KY. We are very proud of what we have done in such a short time. We have gone from $0 sales to over $100,000 in 2 months. We went from 0 employees to 21 employees and families that we now support.

Our biggest and most valuable asset of our firm is our PEOPLE. The model we use has been very successful.

Let me be clear in response to this ex-employees comments;
-We do not charge any of our employees for any material. Please provide any evidence that you did in fact pay for materials.
-We do not "undercut" anyone. If you sell something for less than yes that will effect a commision.
-All Sales commissions have been paid I personally do the payroll for the firm and can account for every paycheck as we use Paychex for our payroll so please contact me directly if that is true that you did not receive a check.
-Yes this is a sales position. The more you sell the more you will make. Our highest paid employees in our firm are our Factory Representatives.
-We work hard to find the leads, set up and confirm every appointment. All that is expected of our Factory Representatives is to show up on time and provide a demonstration.

To all that are reading this I suspect who this ex-employee is. Although we did not have a "Lee" that worked for us. We have only had one person leave in our short time in business. That person was with us for two weeks and only sold once. That commission check was paid and I can confirm that in documentation.

Another note to take into consideration.
I also received from the state of Ohio, an unemployment claim for this person! Yes! He worked for 2 weeks for us and now filing for unemployment? Yes, I can show documentation of that as well.

Bottom line , this is not an easy job neither is starting a business from nothing but this is America and thats what makes our country great. I hope this person's comments do not effect or should not effect your opinion of Gutter Magician.
