Guzu, Inc Thieves Deer Park New York

Sent my iPhone 6 to Guzu, with their reciept being confirmed via email on 12/18/15.  As of 2/2/16, the promised payment of $220 has still not been recieved.  I have sent half a dozen emails over the last 5 weeks asking for a status update, since the payment was promised within 1-3 days of their reciept of my device.  I have recieved a couple of delayed responses by someone by the name of Amanda asuuring me that payment will be sent "shortly".  We disagree on the definition of "shortly", aparently.  On 2/1/16 I sent an email asking for my device to returned so I can either trade it elsewhere or keep it for a family member. It would seem overkill to file a lawsuit over $220, but if I dont get my device returned or my promised payment within the next week I will be doing that.  Too many honest people are being ripped off by this "company" based on BBB reports.
