On 7/7/2003, I purchase Emerald & Diamond Ring (1.2CT Emerald and 1.7ct total Diamond) from Premier Estate Liquidators through their Extreme Shopping network on Direct TV at cost of 1399.00.
Just several days of wearing that ring, the Emerald on the center loosed from the fittings. So I took it to the jewelry shop to fix it. There, I've been told that the emerald is smaller than the fitting, so it would easily loose.What's more worse, it has been colored and coated.According to their Jewelry Laboratory Evaluation, emerald tobe very good in trasparent with medium green color and cutting is also very good in proportion, symmetry and finish.
I tried to get in touch with them in many ways including phone calls, e-mail etc., I couldn't reach them, not to mention to get responsed.
The company must responsible for that, and pay attention to the customer's complaint.
