G.W.I.R.E. is a company that rents property out to the public. Then they evict the tenants, steal everything of value, charge unreasonable sums of money to have the rest of the tenant's possessions returned. They claim tenants owe rent that has already been paid because the manager pockets the rent money and enters a 0 in the books so his Dad (the owner) will assume that no one has paid rent and orders the tenants to vacate the property. When tenants File Law suite, the judges decisions side with them based on previous cases that do not pertain to the situation. Tenants don't have the money for appeal and the company keeps the property legally. The manager had a gun and could have shot us and gotton away with it cause his witnesses are on his payroll! The tenants are not given due process of Law and the most disturbing thing is, According to the Secretary of State, G.W.I.R.E. doesn't even exist and we were not legally bound to pay rent! Funny how that didn't even get brought up in court! Don't do ANY business with these people!! They are scam artist and proud of it! They have been ripping people off for many years and have the money to burn in court! So, if you are affilliated with them at all, get out now!! You will regret it! I am a single father with Parkinson's Disease and three pre-teens very close in age and this compay took eerything we own!
