Gynexin They received the payment but never shipped the items,up to 30 days.they said items not available , which unabled me to file any dispute to ebay and paypal. then said U.S custom did not ship it to you Internet

Gynexyin is a scam, Fraud, and cheater online company, which offering, natural ingredient tablets with daily use, base, for males, whom suffering from Gynecomastia, and enlarge male breast. I have paid 140$ to their Ebay store, and after a month the manager emailed and apologized the item is not available and said, he is so sorry for the delay. Then after 45 days, and I sent him 10 reminders, he stopped communication. Then I contacted gynexin direct and 2 people names MARK, and Derrick, apologized and our correspondence took another 2 month, all the time they were saying they shipped the item, but after 2-3 weeks reminders and follow ups they said the tablets did not pass us custom. The worst part is, they never accepted to refund my money to paypal they received the money and said they do not have access to paypal. How come you do not have access to paypal but receive money from paypal? if during a year they do the same to 1000 customers, 140x 1000$=140,000 enough to enjoy life. They never showed, emailed, scanned any paper documents, to prove, their 3 times attempt of shipments was really taken place. What happens to the money I paid from this side of the world, from Dubai-UAE, and they just take it? They stopped the correspondence and not answering any reminder, email all with respect I sent them. They should learn they can not do this to people. I have all of their, emails, Paypal payment record. Any lawyer can work on this , I can provide all documents.
