I made a purchase from a company and HC Processing collects the payments. I got over my head so sought help with a company to help me lower my interest and payments to my creditors.
This company is never satisfied. "Send us this amount, you have late payments that were not taken care of before you signed with the payment reduction center.
So, I send the specified amount requested. This continues for months. I finally think I am done, because they told me I was done, after the next payment.
Liars! I get a phone call a couple of months later, "you owe us $7.00." OMG! are you kidding me? A week later, I get a nasty-gram, you owe us $55.00!!! I had to set up a larger payment to them through the payment reduction center.
I always send a copy of any coorespondence I receive from them to my payment reduction center.
This evening, H.C. Processing called. I did not answer the call. I am fed up with those people.
