According to documents just released on PACER (the Federal Judiciary's centralized registration, billing, and technical support center for electronic access to U.S. District court records," formal charges of perjury have been lodged against Henry Christian L'Orange (H. Christian L'Orange) with the federal Courts and also with the California Bar Association. L'Orange works for the law firm of Drinker Biddle & Reath and not only subjects his opponents to abusive depositions (to which he brings other "attorneys" such as Stella Fey Epling and Priscilla McNulty, both of whom literally make faces at L'Orange's victims during those depositions) but also makes up wild "facts" and submits these as "evidence." One prime example concerns L'Orange's ongoing lies regarding the number of web pages that exist on specific web sites. While he has stated, numerous times, that such web sites contained, "approximately 25,213 pages were copied from those sites" in addition to pages "copied previously" on November 30, 2008 the fact is, just a few hundred pages really existed.

Some other facts about Chris L'Orange are that he generally makes a "living" representing pharmaceutical companies, toxic waste manufactures, and tobacco companies (including R. J. Reynolds) - Google searches will confirm this. That, alone, should say a lot.

According to the documents on PACER, "a formal complaint has been lodged against him with the California Bar Association" on charges that L'Orange has committed perjury by:

1. Fabricating and repeating his own facts especially concerning his ongoing contention that "approximately 25,213 pages of material were copied from [certain web] sites. This is in addition to materials obtained from several of these sites earlier in the litigation." L'Orange has been reciting this figure as a mantra for the past few years.

2. Intentionally obstructing of justice by refusing to produce records as required under Federal Law

3. Disclosing the private medical records of his victims and intentionally invaded their privacy

4. Engaging in charades before Federal Courts by parading as a pseudo-medical doctor who regularly makes and/or infers his victims" medical diagnoses even when the results from his client's own "expert witness" confirms diagnoses to the contrary of those revealed by the determinations of L'Orange's fallacious medical qualifications.

5. Intentionally making insincere agreements with other attorneys in order to gain information, and then refusing to comply with those agreements after L'Orange gets what he wants and before he upholds his end of his false promises.

Be very careful in dealing with L'Orange he'll stop at just about nothing to defame his victims.
