An order for a 36 x 80 exterior door resulted in the delivery of a 36 x 79 1/4 door that was not usable. After scheduling no fewer than five (5) pickups by the company truck, a driver never showed up. The door was left outside at the designated location and personnel were present to assist but we never saw a driver or vehicle. With this many occurrences it wasn't a case of an occasional oversight! After six (6) months of this frustration and an impending move, I made the decision to donate the door to the local Habitat for Humanity. I am requessting that the company issue credit for the amount of the door and extra charges. My initial purchase was on my Visa card, but with the mixed signals i was receiving I disputed the charge.
