  We paid this bill back in 2002 we paid on it for several years.It was my ex wifes bill but i still paid it and in full,though the courts in Buchanan County Missouri.

  They have records proving we have paid these, then we get a letter in mail today saying he is garnishing my checks for more money. It was paid in full ,I will not repay this bill.
