H Marine, Boat Repair Guys LLC, Mark Hawkins, et al. Untrustworthy St. Petersburg FL

After google searching this company and owner and finding another rip off report filed, my issue clearly isn’t an isolated problem.  The owner of this business, Mark Hawkins, is extremely deceitful and unreliable. He has apparently changed business names from H Marine to Boat Repair Guys, LLC.  What is he trying to hide? My bow rider boat was completely destroyed when I received it back from him and he made no effort to rectify the situation.  Items were also missing from the boat when it was picked up and they were never returned.  T

hese items were "misplaced" or “given to other customers by accident” and no reimbursement was ever made. In fact he threatened to place a lien on the boat if I didn’t pay the repair bill.  I could go on about other specifics but there is no need.   Clearly, I am using an alias and as such, do not want anything from him / the company…they had their chance and blew it. 

I don’t want my items back or a refund even.  I gave them ample opportunity to rectify the situation to no avail so now I intend to expose him / the company for who they are in an effort to ensure nobody has to endure what I did with this company.  Rest assured, this will not be the last filing I make like this.  You can not treat people like I was treated and expect them to lay down and take it.  Eventually you will cross the wrong person as you did in this case.
