When the man first called he was very demanding, ignorant, unprofessional, insensitive. The Man refuse to give his name.

I called back and asked for his boss. He refuse then played games with me. I explained the first & second time I called it was my phone # and not  the phone number of the person he was looking for. I explains I am disabled the person they where trying to locate was my Power of Attorney and I was not allowed to give his # by Arizona Law he became irate and did not care. I had to call AZ State Behavior Health System after the call due to my anxiety levels and I have been suffering Depression for over 5 days as is and that is documented in the Arizona State Behavioral Health System trough my Case Manager At At my Severely Mental Health Clinic As is. The last Time I called right before my Case Manager and I had called and I placed my self on MUTE so she could speak with someone.... The man threaten me with law suits. ONce the State of Arizona Called back I Placed a Three way call to the company placed my self on MUTE and Barbra spoke with a woman at H&P Capital Inc and told them to remove the phone number from there data base. this women said she would However we will see in the furture if this actually took place. However this is not before I went through hours of Frustration anxiety and  more elevated levels of depression. 

If this company would have listened to me and been professional from the start things would have never elevated to where it had. 

You would figure a professional business would know how to handle people that are at the wrong address , phone number, and deal with completely disabled people and handle them in a appropriate manner with out being rude, offensive,  when I am not even the client they are looking for
