Dream turn into a nightmare!!!!! My family and I stayed at Ocean blue resort this summer and we're excited to be Out of the little town. It was years since we last Took a vacation. We were saving almost two years before we found what we thought was really great deal, for 6 nights 7days to punta cana in the Dominican Republic. As a family of 5 it's very expensive to travel so my husband and I figured the all included idea was the way to go... our local agent told us all sorts of great things about the place and for what we saw when we got to the resort it was all true.. our kids love the place and the food was great... On our third day while going to breakfast we were invited to to have a vip breakfast where they would explain to us all the Benifit of ther resorts special vip club... the guy that showed us around was so sweat We all fell in love with him and by the time he showed us the room that we would have and all the benifits and how we can go around the world for 169$ the entire family we were sold... I convinced my husband this was the thing for our family and we had to have it... not to mention the guy we were negotiating with told us this was our only chance to buy!!! We bought blindly!!! 9500 Down from the 30000 the guy started with. When we got home and had question about the product and called the customers serviced I spent 6 hours calling no one ever answers I almost died right there on the spot not knowing what to tell my husband. It took the 49 day to answer my first email When i called the resort to speak to the club they said both they guy who showed us around and they guy who sold us the package no longer wired at the resort. After we got a lawyer we found out hundred of people have been Scamed the same way we have by that resort and we are now in the process of taking legal action... It's all lies, my family amd i were tricked into buying these worthless points crap because we wanted to travel and now we have no way of getting out of this contract untill we pay these people 9500 in full ... Be careful or your dreams may turn to a nightmare just as it happen to us... You'vebeen warned!!! It's one big vip the points scene praying on enocemt truest like you...
