we brought a timeshare and used our previously owned timeshare as a downpayment. Ater we signed and gotten back home. they did not want our timeshare. The original price did not change. the contract price and agreement stayed the same.
W wondered if they just told us that the stated price was the actual price without our previously owned timeshare. Now we have 2 timeshares each with the annual assessments. we think that they were never going to use our as a downpayment. and the price stated was the only price without the timeshare.

So you purchased a timeshare and used a pre-existing timeshare as the down-payment. Global Vacation Trade was unable to find a buyer for your timeshare. Don't you think Global Vacation Trade could approach the sales office of the original timeshare and enter into an agreement where the sales office acquires ownership of your timeshare? Unlike Global Vacation Trade, the sales office of your original timeshare has prospective buyers. If the potential buyer rejects the original price, the sales office can attempt to re-sell your original timeshare (at a profit)!
