Haband VIP When contacting this company to cancel my vip card they canceled that day then reported be deliqunt on a credit report even though I am still paying off the balance . Nationwide

I purchased several products from Haband VIP  club when I request to cancel the account and pay the balance that day with another credit card they refused to accept payment in full from another credit card.  I recieved a notice that day stating my account was closed with a balance of 52.00  also noted that they have reported me as delinquit on my credit report. Even though I still made a payment to the company for my balance.  Please beaware that this company does not accept other credit cards .  I believe they should of given me the chance to pay the balance then close the account once payment was recieved.   I would not recommend this company to anyone.    Lisa Johnston RI
