Haddad Dodge Kiea Replace a damaged head to my 2013 Dodge Charger SRT8 Bakersfield California

Liars and more. I took the car into them on a Sunday night broke down on highway 5 coming home from Los Angeles. Took them three days to diagnoise that a valve spring was broken and was told they would have to look deeper. Three days after that they pull the head and say it needs to be replace. One week later the car is fixed. They told me the charges would not be covered under the warranty by the order of Jeff Clark their Chyrsler Rep. Got home and 3 days later the car starts overheating. I took it to my normal dealership thinking it was something Haddad Dodge had done wrong but it was only a thermostat. Upon showing the bill to San Leandro Dodge they said it should have been covered by one of two warranties, Chryler and United State warranty that I paid and extra 1700 for.
