Haier Appliances Corporation, also known as Haier America Trading LLC is an appliance manfacturing company based in New York, NY.  This company, just as too many other overseas companies, is known for ripping off hard working Americans.

By logging onto their Corporate Office's website, you are able to view and read the many consumer complaints! Entry after entry from people stating that they have purchased appliances and electronics and within only a few months, the product stopped working.

To make matters much worse, the company does not have any regards to their horrible products and the fact that they are not reliable.  Forget about trying to contact customer service, because their representatives have been trained to be dishonest, give you the run around and make excuses, until the customer simply get's frustrated and gives up.

The company is owned by a woman named Yang Mian Mian, a native of China.  She and her entire team are all business men and women from China, with one common goal and that is to practice business in America with the intent to rip us off!  There is no way of contacting anyone in management, due to all of the customer service representatives' "I don't give a d**n" attitude.

I have reported this company to the Houston, Texas based Better Business Bureau to try and get a refund or replacement of a freezer that I  purchased.  Being a single parent, money management is a very high priority. The freezer unit was purchased in November of 2013 and stopped in March of 2014.  Wal-Mart Store had this product on sale, but the warrantey was only for three months.

However, Haier promises a one year warranty on their products.  Please go to their corporate office's website and read the consumer complaints.  You will see a pattern of the appliances breaking down after approximately three to four months.  Complaint after complaint, with no form of restitution.

This is just another example of why Americans need to buy products made in America and stop giving overseas companies the chance to rip us off.
