About 1year and 2 weeks after the purchase of my new refrigerator from HHgregg of a Haier the handle broke off in my 10yr
old daughter’s hand. Both HHgregg and Haier said it is out of warranty, even with my extended warranty! Haier of the
Philippines did say though that they would replace the handle if I could email them a copy of the receipt!! Heir representative
gave me bogus email address to send it too!! When I call back to get a correct email address, a different representative could
not eve find the account again!!! so i guess the American public gets screwed by an overseas company again!!!!
