Haileys Comet Financial, Blue Dolphin Financial, Skyline Federal, Mark J. Anderson, Travis Williams



It appears as though for several years Skyline Federal and Blue Dolphin Financial scammed people out of money.  The guy behind it all went into hiding for about a year.. BUT HE IS BACK!!!!! He may be a criminal and from what I have read he's been scamming people all over the country.  Don't take my word for it, read all of the reports filed against them on this website and others.



I've been following this guy for years trying to figure out who he really is.  Most recently I've found that he is going by the names of "Mark J. Anderson" and "Travis Williams".  Who knows if either of those are his real names.



I have reason to believe that he is selling products for the company:  Business Finance Store:  www.businessfinancestore.com   I am not saying that the business finance store is a bad company.. I am only saying that I have reason to believe that this person sells for their company.

Also, try googling any of the company names above.  "Skyline Federal, scam" or "Blue Dolphin, scam".  You'll see several reports about them on various websites.



He is known for sending threatening emails and making threatening phone calls to those who try to call him out.  You'll also notice that all of his rebuttals sound like they were written by a spoiled 8 year old child.  He is known for being an a**hole if he doesn't get his way.. He is usually selling some form of business loan opportunity and/or credit repair.
