Haines & Krieger Haines & Krieger Payment keeps going up, they left out an orginal main creditor and did not tell me until we got to court for the first meeting. Las Vegas NV

When I first went in their office I listed all my creditors and was told my monthly payment would be from $350 to $400. The next time I went in they told me the payment would be $450 a month. I said ok; not knowing that they had taken upon themselves to take my furniture out of the plan. I found this out when I went to my first meeting.

I was told they would add it back in and that my payment would go up. I asked them why when I was told it would be $450. They had no answer as to why they took it out so now they want me to pay an extra $120 a month. I am on a fixed income and I cannot even buy food. I feel as though I have been ripped off. I went from paying $450 to now having to pay $570. This is not fair. Now I can not pay my bills to live.

My rent is $703 and $570 for a Chapter 13 bankruptcy that was suppose to be $450. Stay away from these people because they will have you losing everything you own. Whn I filled for bankruptcy I orginally filled to keep my car and furniture because I have no money to buy another car or more furniture. I did everything they asked me to do but I still come out on the end. This is not right.
