hi, hair club lies to me from start. i  was never told of cheaply made WIG,liquid glue and taps which they use to attack WIG to scalp..this procedures is dirty,messy,itch needs constant care otherwise it even worst. i had it all. i complained and did it hundreds of times.not once they did anything about it but to be lied to and pressured to UPGRADE soon i found that this is yet another scam by hair club and it's employee a con artist to profit for her and head office. my advise to clients is don't submit to UPGRADE. is a rip off. two and half year later and 18000$ i put an stop to all their lies,deceptions and argued for integrity and honouring contract. they refused to pay attention. while still a member i faxed a letter demanded either fix or refund. soon later i was told of my cancellation over phone call.! this is what they do lies,deceptions and in my case base on my popularity they took it to the whole new level and committed conspiracy by lies made by this sales person,one sided story hers of course,so called manager .they stool the rest of my money and kept all the products i paid for in advanced. no worries i leave that to law enforces. i have the support of even their own staff members. people I'm planning a class action lawsuit, i need more clients to join me against hair clubs. i assure you we all have a case.just remember their ads and what you've experienced and been through? leave hair club now,go on line like so many of us and save thousands per year i guarantee it. example hair clubs WIG cost you $2000. on line is $300.00 only same if not better no string attached. they lies to me and once demanded refund for breach of contract came under attack with lies and sadly homophobic remarks by this office worker named Chris confirmed to me by sales person and she added the reason for managers hatred for me as an also act of a pathetic jealous men. my question to sales person and this guy and manager is HOW YOU SHAME AT ALL? please read and if you need more information how and where to save thousands contact me. i post every where with my real name and email. glad to be help. thanks..
