Hair Plus Salon ripoff Asheville North Carolina

Major problem with Hair Plus Salon in the Asheville Mall, Asheville, NC. My younger sister went in for a dual highlight. She wanted blond and red highlights. She specifically told the stylist not too much blonde. The stylist only used blonde and used way too much. My sister then went back on Monday to have it corrected. The manager told her it would be no charge to fix the problem. The second stylist toned down her blonde but didn't use any red and now all her highlights are gone and her hair is back to it's original color! When she went to the counter, the manager of the salon then advised her it would be $42.

My sister questioned why since she had told her it would be no charge. The manager (Edith), then stated that she had talked with the original stylist and had "gotten the true story". She refused to give the corrective service at no charge and left my sister with no choice but to pay her in fear that the manager would call security if she tried to walk away. She later called the manager and got nowhere. On top of that, she was quoted a price of $72 for the original work and then charged $82!

We can get no where with this salon. They are extremely rude to my sister and uncooperative. We have filed a formal complaint with Regis corporate office and will see what happens. This salon is terrible. Since this happened, I have talked with many people who have had similar experiences with them.
