Be careful when ordering products from www.hairdini.com. I ordered two hairdinis more than four months ago and still have yet to receive anything. I called the number provided by my credit card company and a lady answered (I'm assuming Denie herself since she answered "hello" and it sounded like her home line) and reassured me that everything will be fixed and she will send it out asap. A month later - still nothing. I called the number again only to find out that it has been disconnected; how convenient for them. I've sent emails to all of her many email addresses listed on the website as well as through my credit card company and received no response. This entire ordeal has been nothing but a huge headache and I would highly advise buyers to beware of this so called "company" and their terrible customer service skills and unprofessionalism. If anyone else has ever had an unpleasant experience with this company before, please file a report and let other consumers know. I wished I had known ahead of time about them - then I wouldnt be foolish enough to purchase from them. I am also filing a report with the BBB.
