I bought my Hairdini directly through the website. It arrived just over a month later. I live in New Zealand so understand that shipping takes longer.
I was very excited to finally have it & after a bit of practice managed to get a decent bun. After using it a few time a week for about 3 weeks one of the bendy metal ends inside broke off leaving one end floppy.
I contacted the site about this because I had only been using it for 3 weeks & according to the instructions. Denie promised to send a replacement. All good so far.
That was towards the end of November 2008. It is now end of January 2009 & still no replacement has shown up. I've e-mailed countless times since then with no response. I'm now sending an e-mail a day just to see if I can get someone's attention. I'll never buy their product again nor will I recommend it to anyone.
