I purchased hair extensions from HAIRLOCS and the hair was of such poor quality, it all had to be COMPLETELY removed and new hair put in.
I as charged over $1,000. for the hair exentsions and was told it would be of the highest quality available on the market. NOT!
When I asked for my money to be refunded, I've been told that they want the "BAD" hair back and they would inspect it. If "THEY" determined the hair was of poor quality, they would send me replacement hair. (As if I would put that crap BACK in my hair) However, they refuse to refund my money!
Not only was the hair of the lowest quality, but the girl that put them in did a TERRIBLE JOB!!! Within "1" week, more than 1/2 of them had fallen out!
