Hal aka Chip and god knows what other names he is using. I know for a fact he chances his identity often. This is a seriously sick sociopath and narcosis and a nasty user of anyone in his path including his 3+ kids that he has never supported and ignored,he runs from job to job when child support catches up with him,he has no intentions of paying anything,so like a coward he runs and runs from his responsibility's both to his kids,family and all those he has scammed. One Nasty Devil.
Currently he is in Jax Fl. I hope he is busted for good,he will never stop any other way.
