I am between homes and I am staying with a young woman who had received an offer to staple booklets for them. I was quite uneasy and I regret not checking here first.

She sent in $42 and 10 stamps for something she was so sure would help her get out of debt. Instead of sending her anything at all, she's now beside herself that people would be so cruel. To add insult to injury, she received a second pamphlet while she was waiting......

very sad and I hope these people are prosecuted to the fullest. In PA it is against the law to take money from anyone over the age of 60. If they can find these folks I am sure they can get them on something...
