thank you for reading, I will keep writing to help you not make a mistake. if you want 2000mile a week or 34cents a mile, you have an ok company. this company will tell you that they average 1,700miles a load. lie!!! about 1,100miles "if your lucky" they will tell you about $60,000 a year in 2007. ok maybe, now about $40,000 a year. "i have inside info on this". they will tell you that most driver quit and then return back to holland, lie!!! they will tell you how holland is the better company out there with a low driver turn over, another lie!! they will tell you that we have the ben n jerry's ice cream contract. we lost it to cr england in 2008 this company has lie after lie. I have been here for 2.5years im just waiting for my vacation then i will quit! Denziel is the biggest sh* there is. he will tell you he talks straight but he lies worst than the rest all the sh* you read is correct. he will f*** your dac. he is deep in with the hollands. the holland make themselves look good and sweep the rest under the carpet. the shop is a joke!! before replacing your steer tires, richerd "the shop foreman will make you move a trailer tire forward and continue down the road. any problem is the drivers fault and forget about detention pay! huge lie! 12 to 22 hours at the customer =$0 pay. they will tell you how lucky you are to even work for them and tell you if you dont like it, to Quit! look guy and ladies, im one of the better producers at the company. i just want to help you before you MAY make a mistake. talk to the holland drivers out there, ask about the safety, the shop, the miles, and all the under handed crap before you invest any time with this company. be very careful about a company that tells you how there the best and how lucky you are to drive for them. there is sh* you need to put up with with every job out there but in my opinion, this company is a lost of time. be sure to speak with a few holland drivers before you make the change. holland also has a very bad safety record. you will be DOT about 1 out of every 5 scales. try not to be fooled with the "SO CALLED" i'M TELLING YOU IT THE WAY IT IS. SPEECH. use the common sense with any company, take 25% as true then make your decision out there. thanks for reading. your fellow driver

It would add great credibility to your report if you would at least spell the company name correctly. So, you worked for them THAT long and still couldn't get the name right? Hmmm
