Mr. Kent Hallum offered to sell me a late model Corvette that was supposed to be a one owner low miles car, with a clean title. He said it had never been wrecked, or any body or paint work, done to it. What a LIAR. I took one look at this car from a distance and could tell it had been wrecked, and had been wadded up into a ball. This little CON ARTIST is good at what he does.

Somehow he has the capability of washing car titles so they come back clean and clear, which is highly illegal. I hope he gets caught. This guy needs a good twenty year sentence in the Federal Pen.
