HaloNet Changed Price after shipping Ontario

HaloNet sells on Buy.com I purchased 2 headlights for a 2006 4Runner at the offered price of $105.00 and after confermed order and boxed and shipped UPS I took the day off to sign for the package. After it did not arrive as told I contacted company and was told package had been stopped because price had increased and if I wanted the order it would be $140.00 more. I then contacted Buy,com to have them correct seller. No help and after calls and email Halonet recalled the package and insisted it was a pricing error and price was for 1 not the pair. Funny how 105 x 2 is not 245 but just be warned this bait and switch is going on and I am still waiting for my refund so I can buy elsewhere a lot cheaper. I even offered to pay additional $50 and they stuck their nose up at the offer. Scammers by any other name is still a scammer
