Hambletonian Auto Spa Chester Car wash Fraud Chester New York

My daughter took her car the Hambletonian Auto Spa for an oil change. The oil change staff saw an easy mark and told her she needed new front tires. The took a tire off the car and showed her what they claimed was wear and tear. I put new tires on the car a year earlier. There is no abnormal wear or tear on the tires.  I told her to decline the service as the tires only have about 15,000 miles on them . Shortly after leaving the shop, she noticed a a noise and vibration coming from the front end of the vehicle. She brought the car back to them twice asking them to check it out. Both times they never looked at the car and sent her away. I took the car to a mechanic. He immeadiately located the problem. They never tightened the lug nuts on the front tire. My daughter had be drving around for two weeks with a tire where the lug nuts had only been hand tightened. She could have been killed.
