I had been searching for different loan options and ended up in contact with Mrs. Lindsay Marshall of "Hampton Hill Credit Solutions" on September 12, 2017.  Lindsay informed me that I had been approved for a loan in the amount of $5,000 usd, but because of my not so great credit situation I had two options to secure and obtain the funds which were get a co-signer or pay a deposit of $466.68, after two unsuccessful attempts at a co-signer I begrudgingly opted to pay the deposit, and it went completely down hill from there.

On September 15, 2017 I made the deposit payment of $466.68 to them via Wire Transfer, and was told that once payment cleared that I would receive a notification that my funds had been released which would take about 2 hours. I spoke with Lindsay at the 2 hour mark and was informed that before my funds could be released my lender had done a second check and required an additional deposit in the same amount $466.68 at which time I informed Lindsay that I could not come up with another $500 especially after having to borrow the first deposit from my mother in law, and promptly asked for my deposit to be refunded. After a few moments Lindsay said she was processing my refund and to contact her on Monday 09/18/17 and she would be able to provide me with an estimated date on when to expect my money back, I tried contacting Lindsay every day the following 2 weeks and spoke to her only on one occasion on 09/25/17. I had left several messages and sent her several emails about what was going with my refund all of which were never answered. Finally I am able to speak with her again on 10/03/17 and she then informs me that she was on vacation and not in office, she then informs me that my refund is still processessing and I have to wait 30 business days from the day my payment was sent, putting us at 10/27/2017 a total of 45 days after I sent payment.

I was unable to contact her again until after 10/10/2017 when she tells me she no longer has my file and that I needed to contact customer service at another extension and hangs up. It is now October 24, 2017 no word from her, no word from the several emails I sent to her or the regular customer service email address. I have called, left numerous messages, sent numerous emails and all to no avail at all.

Thanks to this entire situation I am losing my home, I can't get my daughters medications for her Kidney Disease, we weren't able to get a car, and all I wanted was our money back so we could move on and try to get ahead a different way.
