This company is a complete RIPOFF!!! I ran across their website, read it over 50 times. Everything looked legit. They even spoke about sending you a 1099-misc at the end of the year for tax reporting purposes. I have ran across many "work at home" and "get rich quick" ads for which none I ever fell for. But I have to admit that this website was very convincing.

In reading their ad they made promises to respond within 24 hrs., which they did... in the beginning. I ordered the "Footprints in the Sand Plaque" for $45.75 to assemble. When I received the kit, one of the shells was broken. I emailed "Tracy" and told her the problem. "Tracy" quickly got back to me and instructed that I send her the plaque back and a replacement would be sent to me right away. I did as I was instructed, even made sure to address it to her attention.

A couple days later the defective kit was confirmed delivered. I emailed "Tracy" to let her know and to send out a replacement and was told by her that the kit was not there in her office. I let her know that the kit's delivery was confirmed and to check around for it. This predicament went on for two weeks and she was trying to get me to send in another $45.75 for another kit. I told her I did not have money for another kit and that the kit I originally received was sent back. I had no reason to keep a defective kit.

After 2 1/2 weeks "Tracy" finally sent me a replacement kit via UPS. The only problem was that this kit was defective too! One of the board sticks was cracked, the kit didn't include the glitter, and again one of the shells was broken. In the back of my mind I was getting leery about the whole thing. At this point I figured I would just go to the craft store and buy the glitter and sea shell.

After putting the kit together and sending it in with my $12.00 inspection fee, of course, wouldn't you know it...the beautiful kit failed!! Immediately after getting my report card, I emailed "Tracy" about this and informed her that the directions were not clear and did not warn ahead of time of the reasons why my kit failed. I heard nothing for days. I continued to email her daily, finally this "Tracy" responded back and gave me directions to order a practice kit for an additional $30.00. By this time I had had enough!! I emailed a few times to just get a refund and never heard a thing more from these people.

BUYER BEWARE.. THIS IS A SCAM.. A RIPOFF!!!

TOTAL SCAM

AUTHOR: Sarah - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, December 15, 2004

I've been reading more and more about these clowns because I thought I was the only one who got scammed. What happened to you is pretty much exactly what happened to me except I did send in an additional $30. Well as you can expect they sent me another failing report card and that I should send in for more kits. You would think at this point they would try and contact you to explain what the problem is but that would mean they don't make any money off of selling the kits to you. This is such a BS scam
