Handi-Tech ripoff senior citizen fraud Nashvillenashville Tennessee

My mother has been solicited for the past three years by Handi-Tech. She is 83 years old and does not remember any phone conversation ordering light bulbs or any other items from Handi-Tech. The light bulb scheme varies in price from 66.00 to 98.00. When contact the alleged company it's always a different phone number, and when I complain they say send the item back if unopened. This has been done by me on at least six occasions over the past two years.

Each time it is requested that my mothers name and phone number be removed from their list, which they claim they will do. Most recently 26-28 JUL 04 they called her twice from Phone Numbers (602) 424-0405 and (602) 424-0199, and when I called back I got only a busy signal. Caller ID shows the name Handi-Tech. I filed a complaint with the FCC, Do Not Call Registry, and I waiting for a response
