I bought a Picasso reproduction from handmadepiece.com, located in Shenzhen, China but unfortunately the package was opened by US Customs who asked me to provide evidence that this was a licensed copy of Picasso's work. I called Monica at handmadepiece who assured me it was licensed but stopped replying to my emails when I asked them to provide the licensing agreement so that I could clear the painting through US Customs. Now my painting is stuck in Customs who won't release it and handmadepiece won't reply to my emails so I can't even get a refund from this Chinese company.

We are surprised to see these rough-language reviews obviously fabricated by low competitors.
I want you to provide proof of the transactions, including invoices and screenshots of your order confirmation emails, all emails, customs emails, otherwise you are liars.

Gang of Four Scammers

So this is the infamous Gang of Four; comrade Cai Li, comrade Wen Hu, comrade Lin Fang and comrade Monica. Let’s hope that the Chinese authorities treat them in the same way as they did with the original Gang of Four as nothing would give me greater satisfaction than to see that smarmy, lying, thieving crook comrade Monica behind bars. It’s a useful suggestion to contact the Economic and Commercial Councelor’s Office at the Chinese Embassy in Washington to see what they are going to do about handmadepiece.com’s open and brazen flouting of international law. Red China may bully little counties like Tibet, Taiwan and try to steal the South China sea from the Philippines, Vietnam and Malaysia but we in the USA aren’t going to stand idly by and let them get away with stealing royalties from Western artists. I have an acquaintance who us working for the Trump for President campaign and I’m going to see if he’s interested in using this case as the Donald has already spoken out about American jobs being shipped to China, I'm sure he'd be incandescent to learn that the Red Chinese are not playing by the rules that they signed up for and are letting their nationals like the notorious Shenzhen Gang of Four rip-off god-fearing Americans.

Handmadepiece.com SCAMMERS
AUTHOR: Lempicka - (USA)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, September 22, 2016
Hi Connie, mainland China-based handmadepiece.com do not have any licensing rights so I guess you’ll have to chalk down your loss to experience albeit a negative one. You can check their lack of licenses at the Artists Rights Society in New York. I am trustee of Tamara de Lempicka’s estate and we had trouble with these Chinese conmen a few months back as they were infringing the rights of Tamara de Lempicka’s estate. I hired a PI to track them down. He found out that a Lin Fang registered a company, Decoracape Inc.in Colorado but that the offices are just a mailing address and that they are fact located in Shenzhen, in the People’s Republic of China. Our investigator also found out that a Wen Hu of Shenzhen is the principal bank account holder but that they also try to launder the proceeds of their nefarious activities through a Hong Kong bank account in the name of Cai Li. We actually got Lempicka images removed from their website by contacting Paypal as handmadepiece.com are in breach of their Terms & Conditions and Paypal told them to remove our content or they would close handmadepiece’s Paypal account. I suggest that you notify the Artists Rights Society New York that these conmen are active once again and also email the Economic and Commercial Councelor’s Office at the Chinese Embassy in Washington and explain to them what has happened to you, tell them how this reflects badly on China’s international image and ask them what are they going to do about it. The People’s Republic of China is a signatory of the Berne Convention so they have obligations to deal with any of their nationals who break the conventions and you can also ask your Congressman to raise tis issue with the State Department. Contact me if you need any help as I have all their personal details and incriminating screenshots of their website. You may not get your money back but at least you’ll help putting these Chinese crooks where they belong – in PRISON.

IMPOUNDED OIL PAINTING

Hey Connie, I’m sorry to hear of your bad experience with the Chinese oil painting sweatshop handmadepiece.com. I too was ripped off by the cheating, Chinese, commie crooks at handmadepiece as they didn’t give me a refund for a badly painted Dali reproduction that I ordered and returned to them. I have previously asked Comrade Monica of handmadepiece.com if they had a license to reproduce works of art my famous western artists like Dali and Picasso but she never replied despite being asked several times. At that time, these crooks took down the infringing images from their website but they just wait a few weeks and put them back up again as they are cheating scum. DON”T BUY FROM THIS NOTORIOUS SWEATSHOP.
