Handyman Robert Robert Biliter Handyman in Gainvesville, VA is a fraud! Gainesville Virginia

BEWARE of fraudulent handyman in Northern Virginia.  “Handyman Robert” or “Robert Biliter” of Gainesville, VA is a fraud.  He is not licensed and has no integrity.  He is 100% unreliable, undependable, and you can’t believe a word he says.  I signed a contract with him for a 2 week job and he only worked 2.5 days and gave excuses every other day. Every day he promises to show up and then finds an excuse why he won’t be there to do the work. 

I paid him 50% of the labor of my upstairs restoration up front- $1200 and he has run off with my money, doing maybe 15% of the work (IF it was done right).  He is a fraud, talks a good game, and is a manipulator.  Don’t use him!  You have been warned. 

I looked him up on Beenverified.com this week and found he has had 41 criminal/civil offenses/violations since the year 2000.  You cannot trust this man.  He will also never tell you how much the materials will be – he just goes to the hardware store picks up everything he needs and expects you to pay over the phone.  He also is reluctant to provide every receipt for what has been purchased.  He is also unreliable at picking up things like flooring (tile and laminate).  I purchased my tile on Monday.  5 days later, he had still not picked it up. 

He also doesn’t pay attention and may order too many materials.  He ordered way too much sheetrock, then took the excess 5 sheets off my property for his other jobs and won’t pay me for it.  He also will never answer his phone.  He only communicates via text if and when he feels like it.  That is no way to run a business.  Please share this information with anyone you know who has encountered this person “Handyman Robert” or is considering hiring him for a job.
