Hank's Appliance Repair installed a washer and refused responsibility when it flooded my home Springfield Oregon

Hank's Appliances sold me two faulty washers in a row. After the first one broke, they would only replace it if we paid an installation fee (though we were initially told installation was included). Two days after they installed the new washer, the drain hose came detached from the back of the washer and flooded my apartment and my neighbor's. As it was a Sunday, Hank's was unreachable.

The following day, they didn't bother to return our message. When my husband finally reached Hank, he was unapologetic and wouldn't send somebody out for repair until that evening. As might be expected, we are now dealing with the massive clean-up involved. Hank's has now claimed that the flooding was our fault, though they did the installation.
