HANN FINANCIAL......I leased a car through Hann Financial services, at the end of the 36 payments they sent a transportation company to pick up my vehicle which was taken to Hann Financial. Mr. Leo Petetti of First Alert Appraisals did an inspection and report on the condition of my car. I then received an invoice of charges for damage listed which where completely contrary to the condition of my vehicle, along with a fee for a missing master Key. I requested pictures of all said damages, as they do not look like the pictures and video that I took the day the transporter came to pick the car up. After doing major reviews on this company I noticed they have done this on a number of occasions where they used a grease pencil making marks on the car giving it the appearance of scratches and distortions for the photos. Additionally the transporter saw both master keys in the center console and that too is on my video for proof. I filed a complaint with the BBB and suddenly I was sent an email from Hann that they reviewed and compared the Appraisers pictures with the transporters pictures, and schockingly the damage doesn't appear to be the same so they will remove the damage charge to my account. What they are failing to do is provide me with the transporter pics, as THEY NEVER TOOK ANY WHILE THE CAR WAS STILL IN MY DRIVEWAY...... I made a video and took pics of my entire CAR with the (2) master keys in the center console......
DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY CONTINUE TO RIP OFF HONEST HARD WORKING LESSORS...... TAKE VIDEO AND PICS OF YOUR COMPLETE VEHICLE, AS I'M SURE THEY WILL CONTINUE THIS DISHONEST SERVICE UNTIL MAYBE ONE DAY, A REPORT LIKE THIS WILL HELP OTHERS...... GOOD LUCK TO ALL HANN FINANCIAL VICTIMS !!!!

Yep...when somebody responds to a report here and the person who posted the original complaint of an alleged scam doesn't like that report and cannot come up with an intelligent rebuttal, its the standard old nonsense dodge of "you must work for them"! Robert, no doubt hit the nail very squarely and directly on the head. As such, the wind was taken out of your sails! You would never write back something intelligent like, "You know Robert, I've considered what you said and I think you are correct. Thank you for enlightening me!" Nope! Not from you will that come. Robert, by the way, is usually perfectly on target. He's also very eloquent in his writing.
It is interesting to note, you don't make mention of a check register or your written records of your account usage with an on-going running balance. This is the same for each and every complainer, whiner and cry baby who comes here to wail about overdraft fees and negative balances. No, its not just a few, not 50%...its 100% of you wailers! For years people have kept away from generating overdraft revenue for the banks by keeping records. You ought to try it sometime!
Oh yes, neither myself or Robert work for this company!
