May 17,2009 I had ordered a coupon organizer from Hannah Direct.  The company charged my card for the item so I waited a week to inquire about the shipping. 

When I requested the tracking information for the item they sent me an email back saying the item had been shipped 5 to 7 days after the order and there was nothing else they could do. 

I sent another email a week after that stating that the item still hasnt arrived and I would like a refund on the product, to this day I have not heard from them.  It has been over a month and only one email was ever received from them with, there was nothing they could do.

What a way for them to make some easy cash.  There is no phone number on their website or from my billing statement from the charge.

Hannah direct mails over 2000 orders per week.  An order can be lost in the mail.  When the customer contacts us, we immediately send a replacement.  With the information provided on this complaint, we can not contact the customer.  Please call us at 888 837 1424, 9 to 4 cst and we will gladly solve any problem or resend an order.

Success with Hannah Direct Order

I almost did not place an order with Hannah Direct after reading comments here and other websites. However, I did order as they had the best price for the coupon organizer I was interested in. I ordered on January 17, 2012 and received my order on January 23, 2012.

The coupon organizer was as described and I am very pleased. The index cards are very heavy stock so they won't bend easily and the organizer is well put together and sturdy. It is a great item at less than half the price of some others I have seen online. Some of the more expensive ones have thin paper dividers.

My charge card was charged correctly, I received my order very quickly and the product is as good or maybe even a little better than described. I will order from Hannah Direct again!

Hannahdirect has been in the mail order business for 10 years. We process over 3000 orders per week. Our most popular product is the Hannah Coupon Organizer. All orders are shipped via US Mail. Orders are generally processed in 1 to 2 days after receipt. Mail time can vary from 3 to 5 days.  We do have orders that are not delivered to the customer. This can be the result of an incorrect address, theft, US Postal issues.  In all cases, if a customer contacts us about not receiving a package, we remail the order as soon as we are notified. Our phone number is published in all of our ads and and is prominent on our website,www.hannahdirect.com.  Successful mail order companies give good customer service, and we believe we do this every day. I do not have enough information from Holly's complaint, but if I did, I would call her and refund her money or complete her order. Our toll free number for any issues, is 888 837 1424.
