I no longer feel comfortable sending my 5 yr old daughter to that location. When I signed up, I understood my membership to be a series of classes in a family environment; I didn't anticipate being called when I missed as if I had to answer to anyone about how I spend my time; having my reasons for missing being not believed and having to defend them to someone that dosen't know what my life entails; and then having to have an argument on the phone for 30 minutes explaining my personal life to the instructor in an effort to work something out.  Also, someone calling my Christianity or "manliness" into question is completely uncalled for and my duaghter will not be around a person like that. I dont's "know" the instructor and I don't want to put my daughter in a situation i'm not comfortable with. I have held up my payments every month of $198.50; and I request that after next month's payment, that my payments can stop. For any "membership', it is acceptable that you pay for one last month before termination-I can be reasonable.

I believe that this report was posted in error. The 'situation' referenced in the complaint was resolved by both the businessowner and the client on November 27, 2013. 

As the consumer was looking to relieve himself of the financial obligation associated with his and his daughter's enrollment at this facility, there was a misinterpretation of the Instructor's concern for the family.   

Hapkido USA and Master Dungan accept students wholeheartedly with a genuine concern for their well-being. The accountability and responsibility that is promoted through this organization requests that clients contact their Instructor, out of common courtesy, when they are going to be absent from classes. This small request helps to promote self-discipline, responsibility, consideration and it also assists in classroom management to know which students are going to be missing class.

This consumer misunderstood and believed that his privacy was being invaded, when in reality, the Instructor was working toward the goal for which he was hired, the student's personal growth.

Due to the personal situation of this particular client, Master Dungan has gone above and beyond to assist this particular client. Offering an amicable agreement that is more than fair to both parties, both the client and Master Dungan agreed to a fresh start that would be mutually beneficial.

We are requesting that the client remove/retract this posting as it is inaccurate based upon the conversation and agreement reached on November 27, 2013.
