You must register to do business in each state. Doing business means according to California revenue taxation code section 23101 means engaging in any transaction for the purpose of financial gain. Now I am not an attorney  but I can read. I really thought that when I told you how CA is losing money with under ground economy that you would  stop this behavior. That under ground economy takes money from social services like foster care and cps, and head start. The poorest kids in the nation. I told you this yet you continue.  Also you are charging 150 dollars deposit  on credit and  the performer gets cash at the door. I believe that  is there payment according to your hiring agreement. That would made you a booking agent with 150 dollars, when you can only take 12% I believe you are taking 70%. So these young girls that work with you are being deceived and ripped off also.You can no longer say they are employees when you are working all the states with no foreign corporation. Ca is intitled to money from all the states taxes that you are working in are you paying it? The good thing  is you have no protection in all those states because your CA corporation LLC does not cover  you without a foreign in each state.  What about all the people who you lie to making them think these girls our employees with insurance and licensed! All the companies that work like you have bitten yourself in the butt.  Because all the deposits on credit are tracable.I am sick of trying to reason with all of you. I actually wrote the President of the US  and gave him a list of all the corporation in this field working on the net that have no foreign working all the states and asked him to deal with it.That includes the company you work for Gigmasters.com a DE corporation with out a foreign for CA. That means he has been stealing jobs from us for years. We in CA  are tired of being ripped off by people who take our jobs,  and take money from our poorest kids and have no regard for the public interest.It would be not normal for us to allow you to treat us like this with out  speaking out. So continue as you are, don't change a thing as you have in the past.  I give up its between you and the  laws. All of this is my personal opionion  said in good faith.
