Happiness360 and DR. Walt, or Dr. Walt Winkelman.
Be Warned! Dr. Walt will promise you the world. A high position (VP or above) in his Non profit organization. He will promise a salary, follow through and the ability to join a national organization.
Dr. Walt and Happiness360 will attempt to get all vendors to work for free. He will not pay anyone. He can become verbally abusive and blame others for his lack of follow-through.
Since April of 2010, he has:
- Never launched a promised new website.
- Released any research to support his theories.
- Refused to pay for a book that was ghost written for the Happiness360 project.
- Refused to pay for two website designs that require extensive back end work.
- Refused to pay for Social Media design and implementation.
- Refused to publish work completed by vendors.

It's a big mystery to me why walt winkelman has never been arrrested for fraud. It's very apparent that he has committed such scams on numerous occasions, hurting many innocent victims. I urge any persons taken by this so called "dr." to report him to the authorities and file a police report. i find it interesting that he is living in santa fe still, after fleeing chicago to avoid prosecution for his actions there. As he put it..."it was getting too complicated in illinois" , guess he was not looking forward to going to jail. Walt Winkelman is a true sociopath, by any definition. He is only looking out for number one.
