happy embroidery machines texmac bait and switched us, no running machine for 40 days,ignored our email for help charlotte North Carolina

we purchased a 6 head machine directly from the charlotte office, as we had before with our other 3 machines.

I spoke directly to the salesman telling him specifically what we needed in terms of equipment, also providing him

with the serial numbers of our existing equipment so we could get the same type, specifically the "stretched" head machine.

We need this type of machine becuse of the type of products we sew. We ended up getting a compact head machine that didn't

function properly even after the techs came to our shop and set it up. the machine was not running for 40 days, we had to make 

two payments on a piece of non functioning equipment. After sending several emails and calling (only to be ignored and sent to voice mail),

i called the tech and told him to tell his bosses the next time i was going to contact them it would be through a lawyer, i received a call

within the hour asking what was wrong. I explained the whole thing again but his responses was more annoyed that i was complaining

than what can we do to help. After two weeks the techs came back and basically rebuilt the machine from the frame up. But that doent address

the fact they sold me a machine that has little production value to us, even after expoaining in detail what i needed. I went back and examined

all the paper work, no where does it say we were purchasing a conpact head machine. I even spoke to several techs that told me the salesman

should have known by the serial numbers i gave them that we didn't have compact head machines. This is where i feel the bait amd switch

comes in. I really feel like i was scammed.
