I ordered a go-kart today.  The website stated it would be shipped in approximately 24 hours.  When I got the confirmation call the person told me it could be as long as 3 days.  The go-kart cost $1677.00 and $299 was for shipping so I wanted it shipped asap.  It is a present that needs to be here in a week and I live across the country.
 I told the representative that that will not do and asked for a manager and she said she was cancelling the order and hung up on me.  After several calls from me to the company where I either got transferred to hold or hung- up on, I finally talked to one representative and asked to get confirmation that I had cancelled the order within the 24 hours notice required.  He said he would e-mail it to me but I have yet to see anything.
 I am very worried since they have my credit card info so I have contacted my credit card company.
This was the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with and I am very scared that they are going to pull some bull with my card.  DO NOT use this company - too many different names and awful customer service.  I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I do not get charged.
